We are enjoying Brenna immensely, she's a cheerful, giggly girl. I hope our little ones can meet someday (they're only a few days apart, I think). Happy New Year to you as well!

My son was born in February of this year, just a few hours shy of our first anniversary. I love seeing his personality and mind blossom. My husband is also a Matthew and a wonderful man. He's a great dad and my best friend.

About Me:: I am mom to a beautiful girl born in Aug '07 the day after my birthday, she is a waterbaby (born in a tub; check out my blog/website if you want to read the story) who suprised us by being less than 8 lbs but will be taller than me in two years. I am married to Matt, a wonderful man who is a FAB dad and supportive and loving husband and my best friend. He also is perhaps the world's best best labor and delivery coach.
I am adjusting to being a stay at home mom who has to put a bit of thought into planning my day. So far I love it! I have been able to find some great and fun moms groups in our area and its nice to walk alongside others as I learn about the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Do you consider yourself a Feminist?: For the most part... I so thankful for what women have today (at least in the West) but I also think that somtimes our striving backfires and we miss the forest through the trees.
